Easy to follow setup instructions. Activated upon arrival at Ho Chi Min City. Glitch free once I realised to set to 4G, no connection issues and able to communicate with family via my usual messaging platforms.

I expected great service in the big cities, but I was really impressed that the connection was solid in smaller towns too. Even had reception up in the mountains when I visited Hakone. Well worth it!

Myself and 3 others had this exact sim whilst travelling in the US. It worked perfectly throughout the whole time and we never had any issues. My husbands wouldn’t activate and we realised it had been set us as a physical sim, not eSIM but global starlink sorted this out so quickly for us. I would highly recommend this product and company.
